The name Thëpîv-race Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Thëpîv-race Bî was founded by Ktilèb Glkêpí Fyèlêyë, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Thëpîv-race Bî was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1468, by Ktilèb Glkêpí Fyèlêyë. The establishment of Thëpîv-race Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Thëpîv-race Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Thëpîv-race Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Thëpîv-race Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Thëpîv-race Bî is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Right off the bat Thëpîv-race Bî hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.

Cultural Notes

Thëpîv-race Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
